Permanent staff
Core roles held on staff. These are the positions posted on this page when they open.

Contract roles
Engaged for a defined scope and duration, with a named end point rather than an open-ended arrangement.
Model 03
Freelance consultants
Trade specialists and subject matter experts brought in for a specific problem or jurisdiction.
Freelance and contract specialists
Statements of qualifications are accepted year-round.
You do not need to wait for a posting. CEA reviews submissions from freelance consultants and contract specialists on an ongoing basis, and draws on them when a scope calls for the discipline.
